What We Count
- Words —The total number of words in your text, separated by whitespace.
- Characters —Total character count including spaces and punctuation.
- Characters (no spaces) —Characters excluding whitespace —useful for platforms with character limits like Twitter/X (280) or SMS (160).
- Sentences —Estimated based on punctuation marks (., !, ?).
- Paragraphs —Count of text blocks separated by blank lines.
- Reading Time —Estimated based on an average reading speed of 200 words per minute.
